Pardeep Sangha is the Founder and President of Angad Capital, a firm providing investor relations and advisory services to companies listed on the Toronto Stock Exchange.  With over 25 years of experience in capital markets, investment research, communications and corporate strategy, Pardeep is widely recognized for his leadership in the technology and healthcare sectors in Canada.

Previously, Pardeep served as Vice President of Corporate Strategy and Investor Relations at WELL Health Technologies Corp., the largest digital health company in Canada, playing a key role in advancing the company’s growth strategy and investor communications. Prior to WELL Health, Pardeep spent twelve years as a top-ranked Senior Technology Analyst at Vancouver based investment banks, PI Financial Corp. and Haywood Securities, advising investment decisions for institutional investors and technology companies. His work earned him StarMine Analyst Rankings in 2012 and 2014, cementing his reputation as one of Canada’s leading technology analysts. Earlier in his career, Pardeep also held roles in venture capital, engineering, entrepreneurship, and operations, providing him with a strong business foundation.

Pardeep is equally committed to community leadership.  He served a six-year term on the Board of Governors of the British Columbia Institute of Technology (BCIT), contributing to the strategic direction of one of Canada’s leading polytechnic institutions.

He is also a Founder and Former President of the Society of Punjabi Engineers and Technologists (SPEATBC), an organization dedicated to professional networking, mentorship, and promoting the engineering profession.

Pardeep holds a Bachelor of Applied Science Degree in Electrical Engineering (1994) and a Master’s in Business Administration (1999), both from the University of British Columbia.
